SSCA Survey 2007
Sector Strategy and Coordination Advisors (SSCAs) were recruited with DFID funding, to support sectors in strategy development, coordination and communication, information management, monitoring and reporting. The purpose of this survey was to look at how the SSCAs have influenced efforts to improve implementation of the Work Plan, and review their original Terms of Reference for relevance.The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to gather opinions from Sector Leads, Agencies, Work Plan Team members, NGOs and Donors on how the SSCAs have influenced efforts to improve implementation of the Work Plan. Information collected will be used to inform future decisions regarding the continuation of the SSCA programme, and their prescribed roles and functions.
